"Good everyday bag for concealed carry"
I ordered this from vertx.com and have been using it for a few weeks now. So far, yeah, it’s been a really solid everyday bag. The concealed carry pocket is easy to get to, but it doesn’t look obvious at all, which is exactly what I was looking for.
Shipping was fine, no issues there, and the bag itself feels well made. It’s maybe a little pricey, but, you know, it works well for daily use and doesn’t scream tactical. Overall, I’m happy with it so far.

Trying to return my order was such a hassle. First I was told one thing, then support came back with different instructions, like the goalposts kept moving every time I asked what was going on. The exchange took forever too, and most of the answers I got were super vague. Just not worth the headache

"Sizing was way off and I felt ignored"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just completely off. The waist was tight while the legs were weirdly baggy, so it didn’t feel right at all. I checked the size chart before buying, but it really didn’t help much. What made it more frustrating was feeling like my issue didn’t really matter once I had to deal with the return. Just an annoying experience overall.

"Just Not Worth It for Me"
The site itself was okay and I was able to get around, but the whole experience ended up feeling more frustrating than it should have. Nothing was terrible, but it just didn’t really leave me wanting to come back. Overall, I’d say it wasn’t great for me.

"Moves well, just not totally perfect"
Picked up a pair of vertx pants for work and some hiking here and there, and they move good. I can squat, step up on rocks, bend around, all that stuff without feeling that annoying tight pull in the knees or crotch area.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is the waist was kinda stiff at first. Took a few wears to loosen up, but once it did they felt comfy overall. Still way better than most pants I’ve tried, tho

"Mostly good, but one color mix-up"
My order was mostly correct, but one item showed up in the wrong color. Customer support did get it sorted out, though it took a bit longer than I expected. Overall, I’d still say it was a decent experience, just not quite perfect

"Pockets are laid out really nice"
I got this from vertx.com mainly because the pocket setup looked solid, and yeah, it’s been great. Everything kinda stays where I put it, doesn’t feel bulky, and grabbing my keys or wallet is easy. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. Overall I’m happy with it.

"Quick take: held up way better than expected"
I got caught in the rain a couple times wearing my gear from Vertx, my snap judgment is that it handled it really well. No soggy pockets, no weird leaking, nothing annoying like that. It dried fast too, which was a nice surprise. For everyday use, it’s held up better than I figured it would.

"Stitching seems really solid"
I got my vertx bag a few weeks ago, the stitching looks really good so far. I keep checking it like maybe I’m missing something, but I haven’t seen any loose threads, and the seams feel strong. I’ve had other bags start fraying way too quickly, so maybe I’m being overly cautious, but this one still looks clean after daily use. Happy with it up to now.

I bought this hoping it would be worth the price, but once I got it, I didn’t really see what made it cost so much. My gut was telling me it was overpriced from the start, and I probably should’ve trusted that instinct

"Fabric didn’t hold up at all"
I picked up a pair of Vertx pants the fabric felt kind of cheap right out of the package. After just a few washes, it started feeling rough and I noticed pilling in a couple spots, which was disappointing.

For what they cost, I expected them to hold up a lot better. The fit was fine, but the material just didn’t last, and it kind of felt like once I bought them, the issue was on me to deal with. I wouldn’t buy them again.

"Works great, once I finally got it"
I wore this outside for the day and it actually breathed really well. I didn’t get all sweaty like I usually do, which was a nice surprise. I was annoyed by the wait to get it, but after using it, I’m glad it showed up.

I ordered from vertx.com and, to be honest, I wasn’t expecting it to show up that fast. I got the tracking email quickly, and then the package was at my door just a couple days later. I was kind of prepared for the usual shipping runaround, which can be annoying — but that didn’t happen at all. Everything was packed well, no weird delays, and I didn’t have to chase customer service. I’d definitely order again just because the whole shipping process was so smooth.

"Really uncomfortable and disappointing"
I felt like I got stuck with something that just wasn’t made for real comfort. It felt stiff and awkward right away, and no matter how much I tried to give it a chance, I couldn’t wear it for long. Frustrating because I was hoping it would work out, but instead I ended up feeling like I wasted my money.

"The Pocket Situation I Didn’t Know I Needed"
These pockets have been a tiny daily lifesaver. My usual chaos of keys, cards, and random stuff finally has a place to go, and most of the time it’s super easy to grab what I need. "I really like the way these fit..."
I really like the way these fit, and the pockets are actually super useful. That said, the zipper has been disappointing. After only a few wears it started catching, and now every time I zip it up, it feels like it’s one tug away from breaking. For the price, I definitely expected it to hold up better. It’s a shame because otherwise they’re comfortable and look good

I really do like the gear itself, but just a heads-up for anyone thinking about ordering: customer service was slow for me. It took a few days to get a reply, and even then, they didn’t really answer the question I asked. If you already know exactly what you need, you’ll probably be fine, but if you think you might need help or guidance, be prepared to wait and maybe follow up more than once
